General
Simply log in with your Google account or create a new account by clicking the profile icon. You’ll automatically become a member upon successfully completing a product checkout.
Click on the profile icon 👤 > My Address to edit or add your shipping information.
1. Click “Forgot your password” and enter your registered email address.
2. You’ll receive a temporary link via email to reset your password.
3. Click the “Click To Reset Password” button in the email.
4. Create a new password and log in to your account with it.
Orders
1. Select your product and proceed to Checkout.
2. Enter your shipping information.
3. Confirm details and click “Place Order.”
4. Complete your payment by scanning our QR code.
5. Upload the payment slip and click “Submit.”
6. You’ll receive an order confirmation email from us.
After placing your order and completing payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchased items.
You can track your order by going to Profile > My Order. Additionally, you will receive an email update at each stage of your order, such as:
• Processing: Payment confirmed.
• Shipping: Your order has been shipped.
• Delivered: Order received.
• Completed: All transactions finalized.
• Cancelled: Payment was unsuccessful.
Once an order is placed, items cannot be modified. However, you can contact us to cancel your order, and then you may place a new one.
Payment
We only accept payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Payments can be processed via QR payment or online transfer to UOB Bank. We accept the following payment methods:
• Online transfer
• eWallet online payment
• Credit card transfer

You will receive an email notification regarding your order status. If it shows “Processing,” your payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive an email but believe your payment has been transferred, please contact us for assistance.
Go to My Profile > My Orders > Completed, then click on “View More” to download your invoice.
You can go to Profile > My Orders > To Process > Upload Receipt to resubmit the payment slip. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service at +6012-633 7632 via call or WhatsApp for further assistance.
Delivery
All your orders are sent via DHL or GDEX.
• Shipping charge of RM8.00 for every single order applied to West Malaysia.
• Shipping charge of RM23.30 for every single order applied to East Malaysia.
*Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM300 and above for West Malaysia and RM350 and above for East Malaysia.
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after we receive your payment. **Please note that additional working days may apply during holiday periods.
• West Malaysia: Within 3 working days or sooner.
• East Malaysia: Within 7 working days or sooner.

You will receive an email notification once your products have been shipped. Additionally, you can check your product status through My Profile > To Ship. If you need your tracking number, please contact our customer service for assistance.

To expedite the process, kindly WhatsApp us your inquiry along with pictures of the item(s) in question. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to process your request.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Damaged or incorrect items must be returned along with the original packaging. The following items are non-refundable:
• Items returned more than 14 days after purchase.
• Used or unsealed products.
